Order Deadline  

Submitting a fully detailed order with a tentative guest count by 5 p.m. on Wednesday of the week prior to the event ensures the best service. Catering orders are placed using the . If you do not have access to your room reservation via the EMS Web App, please complete the Catering will review and contact you via phone or email to discuss options and feasibility. 

Guaranteed Guests

A guaranteed number of guests and any final event details must be finalized three business days prior to the day of the event. Any event canceled within the three business day window will be charged the stated minimum.

Late Requests

Catering understands that events sometimes are planned on very tight timelines. If your event is planned after the order deadline or guaranteed guest deadline, complete the . Catering will review and contact you via phone or email to discuss options and feasibility. 

Off-Campus Events

Events not held on the campus of Â鶹ÊÓƵ will incur a 20% service charge and may have menu limitations. Only events directly sponsored or hosted by Â鶹ÊÓƵ will be considered for off-campus catering.

Prices and Availability

Due to supply chain and other resource issues, prices and availability of products and services may change. Catering staff will inform customers of these changes in advance and offer alternative options.

Billing

Catering customers are billed via the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Business Services office. Michigan sales tax of 6% will be applied unless the customer provides a copy of their tax-exempt paperwork. Accounts are to be paid in full upon receipt of billing. Unpaid balances are subject to finance charges.
